Empire Performance Centre
The team at Empire are so friendly and welcoming. The gym is well equipped, clean and well maintained. There is always a great vibe that makes training here so enjoyable. The owners Aaron and Monique go above and beyond for their members, they are truly the kindest people.

Empire Performance Centre
I joined Empire Performance recently I was originally at revo. This gym has friendly staff, not too busy, everyone seems quite respectful, and a good range of gym of equipment. They also run various classes such as boxing, cardio, etc. Would recommend.

Empire Performance Centre
Empire is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The staff are friendly and approachable and never make you feel intimidated to ask questions.The classes are different each day and are catered for all fitness levels with staff there to help you whenever you need.I highly recommend Empire to anyone looking for a gym, no matter what your age or fitness level is, there is something for everyone.

I came to Empire after not training for over a year I was very anxious about starting up considering how much weight I had put on and how unfit I had become.The team at Empire are very friendly, approachable & welcoming and they have created a really great gym communityI don’t feel judged or uncomfortable as the staff and members are really supportive.The classes are fun & always different and cater for all fitness levelsI really recommend Empire if you are after a gym that isn’t about ego but rather a place everyone encourages each other to help you reach your goals

This is a great gym for people of all different levels. The staff are great and know what they are talking about. The facilities and equipment are clean and modern. The fitness classes are also really good especially the boxing class. I would definitely recommend for anyone regardless of your goals.

Great Gym!The staff were very welcoming, the vibe around the gym was very friendly.The equipment is very good with a lot of space to train.Saunas, classes, no lock in contracts, 24/7, group classes everything you need in one place.

Empire Performance Centre
Most gyms I've been to are always hit & miss. Its either great equipment but no classes. Cheap membership but intimidating environment. Etc etcEmpire Performance Centre however is all hits no miss. The staff (S/O to the owners Aaron & Monique) and atmosphere is really kind, welcoming but also they push you to really hit your fitness goals. The gym space is great & their classes are perfect. Rates are affordable and flexible with no lock ins. If you have been unsure of which gym to jump into or intimidated with joining a gym - seriously give Empire a go. You will not be disappointed! My wife & I love it.

Empire Performance Centre
EPC is a great place to train, and provides training opportunities for people of all ages, levels and training styles. The main gym floor is well equipped with a huge variety of machines and equipment - Mon and Aaron have made the effort to upgrade and add to this area since opening the gym. The group classes are fantastic, providing direction, challenges and motivation (from both the trainers and other class participants ☺️); the trainers are able to give one-on-one attention when required, and help all participants to improve and train with good technique.
